I will highly recommend a home gym that will greatly rely on resistance bands. For me, it is the most effective and any person will be able to use it no matter what their fitness level is. You do not have to worry about injuries and the band as well is long lasting. It is very effective especially if you are trying to build flexibility in your body and it is often used in different sports training and even martial arts.
